US Soccer tries Coaching Education methodology

US Soccer announced changes in soccer coaching curriculum that Montana Youth Soccer Association (MYSA) will implement this spring.

Helena Youth Soccer Association (HYSA) will offer coaching classes March 17-18 for coaches to certify for preparing to take their US Soccer D license a multi-month course, and as education with coaching level they are at currently.

Helena Youth Soccer Association will have its upper level coaches, who hold a “B” license and/or “C” license trained as instructors to train and instruct area coaches in preparation of their taking the D license course.
Ric Plante, the state director of coaching, will be part of the training.
