Game Schedule for October 15th
Helena Youth Soccer Association (HYSA)
Academy Program
HYSA will offer the Academy Program for U10 - U14 players (4th – 8th grade) this Fall. Players in the Academy Program will practice two nights each week starting in September and play games on Saturday mornings. Each age group will practice together, and have at least one coach per 12 players. The players will play games against teams from other towns on three separate weekends. Games on the other weekends will be played in Helena and involve small-sided matches among the academy players within their age group. This reduces costs, and increases the time on the field, not in the car.
Ages:U10 – U14
Outdoor Practice: Starts the week of September 5th.
Games: Saturdays beginning September 10th through October 15th
Volunteering: HYSA is a volunteer based program. All families will be asked to volunteer a few hours, i.e. concessions, coaching, managers, and fields.
Cost: $85.00 per player
Registration:
HYSA will be operating on an entirely paperless registration program this season to make it as easy as possible to register for our programs. Your registration will be final upon completion of your application and approval of your credit card payment.
Uniforms:Players will use the same uniforms from last year (Arsenal or Academy). If your player needs a new uniform, they will be available for purchase at Play On Soccer located at 1050 Helena Avenue (Across from HMS), 449-6964. Shin guards are also required.
Coaches:Academy coaches are being recruited.
