Phil has experience in managing non-profit business having worked for the YMCA in different parts of the country for the past 20 years. His soccer background is just as extensive having coached, directed leagues and served on boards for the development of soccer.
He has earned a Bachelors degree in Health and Physical Education and a Masters degree in Human Services Administration.
He holds a ‘C’ Coaching License with the United States Soccer Federation (USSF, US Soccer) and an Advanced National Diploma with the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA).
Phil has coached and or managed all ages of soccer players; from under 4’s through college and adult teams; most recently the Lady Bison Soccer team of Cheyenne South High School and Cheyenne Soccer Club’s U12 Girls Black team.
Doug "Coach Mello" is then Men’s Soccer Coach at Carroll College and Technical Advisor for HYSA.
He has more than 40 years of coaching experience as a college coach, Director of Coaching and serves on the Olympic Development national staff.
Under his guidance of the college men's team, the Saints of Carroll College have made it to the Cascade Conference Playoffs in just their second year of play and first year in conference.

Lindsey is the Head Coach of the Capital HS Girls Soccer program.

Carl is the Head Coach of the Helena HS Boys Soccer program.
Jennifer Colegrove has been a involved with HYSA for the past 10 years watching her boys Cannon and Logan play some great soccer and meeting some lifelong friends.
She became a certified referee seven years ago and continues to referee HYSA, Vigilante, and adult league games. She has also been the referee assignor for the HYSA recreational program for the past six years.
As her boys headed off to college, she wanted to stay involved, promoting the fun activity of soccer and hopes that it can bring many more families the great experiences brought to her family.
As the director of the Recreational program, she is loving the opportunity to stay involved.
She is also a registered dietitian at St. Peters Hospital where she has been happily employed for 15 years. Good food and great nutrition are a passion along with hiking, skiing, gardening, friends, family and faith.

As our Administrative Assistant, Randy helps HYSA communicate effectively with our players, families and coaches.
Having recently moved to the area, he became involved with soccer by watching his youngest daughter enjoy and play the game since third grade.
He is a certified referee, starting down the path from the travel team's ask to fill the need for a referee.
He can't usually be found when fly fishing in his free time.
